Yes, it’s a noid. Would it hurt the plant if I just removed them as if they’re suckers? I figure it wouldn’t and I could just wait and see if they grow back.

Hey Lydia! Good to hear from you!!!!! No, won't hurt a bit. Remove them, scrape (gently!) the neck and reset into the pot! VIOLA you are done! Oh and you can root the small little suckers if you want. They may or may not regrow. It really is a crap shoot !!! Good luck! Rosie
