kitchen faucet touch sensor does not work

We have two sinks in our kitchen with identical touch sensor faucets. A few months ago the main faucet started having low water pressure. My husband disconnected the sensor and now the water flow is fine. Next year we may put the house on the market. I think an inspector will flag the main faucet for repair or replacement since the sensor is not working. My husband disagrees. Any opinions? Should we repair or replace the main faucet?

I wouldn't replace it. As long as it works as a regular faucet, why bother?
