I am not a lover of patterened drapes in most spaces so maybe just doa couple of pillows with that fabric.

Well, since it isn't your home Patricia, it really doesn't matter if you are a fan or not. Any suggestions for a similar fabric that is more affordable for the OP?

The bad news is that EVERY beautiful fabric, especially linen, will be no less than 100.00 - 200.00 per yard. Much of the effect is lost, or beomes busy on curtain panels, so the warning as above is much WARRANTED. That said? Try Spoonflower......

But you are not going to find a "mimic" of the one you covet. Adjust the dream, or use it in lesser way. The back of a wing chair.........a fabulous over sized lumbar pillow.

Curtains, well done are expensive, and that is before you account for the necessary repeat on a pattern match, before liniing and good construction, immaculate sewing and beautiful install. Which is WHY we say consider a beautiful faux silk, a plain linen that will stand the test of time in any space. Whether or not someone really likes that advice. We tell the same thing, to folks with unlimited resources.

Or simply Goggle medallion fabrics, or block print fabrics............: )

I was gonna suggest Spoonflower, too. Many of the artists are very accommodating regarding scale/size adjustments and custom colorways. I've had excellent experiences with them. <3

If you *do* order through Spoonflower, I would highly recommend starting off with the Sample Pack for $3. The samples provide you with the fabric choices and have labeled, numbered colors for coordinating.

(Back when I first started ordering from them, they had separate packs for fabrics and colors; I have a huge yard of fabric with every color they offer... I'm not entirely sure how comprehensive their color charts are on the smaller packs. Or, on the other hand, if what I have is even still available, color-wise, lol.)

@JAN MOYER and @One Devoted Dame - Thanks so much for your input. Since this is for a dining room I thought about using the fabric on the backs of chairs but was hesitant to use linen due to the fur babies in the house. (My cat, 2 grand-cats, grand-dog all with me during the time of Covid). I'll check out the sites you suggested. Might also look into going a combined route of pre-made plus custom similar to picture.

It's easy to fall in love with a picture. Especially something custom and expensive. BETTER is to consider an interpretation that suits the budget, and an option that can be WELL EXECUTED.

I'd much rather a client skimped on a fabric.......a poly instead of a silk, or a blend instead of a 100 % linen. Put that savings toward fabulous workmanship. Nobody was really ever fooled by "ready made" . At least not a pro.

Cat hair is far more likely to accumulate at floor level than the back of a chair. What ARE the windows? Do you even need curtain panels? We have no idea..............: )

It often happens that a "love affair" doesn't even suit the application an op is considering......and it happens a lot.

Here is a pic of the windows. All a work in progress right now. Light fixture will be changed shortly.
