What is the other floor? LVP???

Even that minimal change is a trip disaster. One floor to the entry.... And a walk off mat is safer.

I would want some sort of transition - as is, it looks unfinished.

A schluter transition strip (ie. a reducer) can be used PRIOR to installing the tile. Since there are spacers in your tile, can we assume they have already been mortared into place with thinset?

Tilers can find products at their preferred retailers. Most tiles, once installed will i19mm (3/4" high). A vinyl plank, even the thick ones are 8-9mm (5/8"). That's why it is best to plan these things out before installation.

A flooring professional can 'drop in' the vinyl floor's 'reducer' that will help with your toe-stubber. Again this needed to be calculated/purchased before the tiles go down.

Is this over concrete? Does your vinyl have a vapour barrier underneath it (only needed if on concrete)?

They are not installed yet. I was just getting an idea of placement. I really like the tile so I will definitely still be installing it there. Just wondering the most “low profile” way of fixing the heigh different. I’ve seen some reducers that are thin metal strips so I may look into something like that

The 'thin metal' strips are Schluter reducers. Who's installing this for you?

The most 'low profile' way of fixing the floor height difference is to work with a thicker vinyl. In other words, there is no 'quick fix'. You vinyl is probably 5mm thick (1/4") and your tile will sit HIGHER than it is right now. You will have 1/2" floor height variation. That's pretty big. A schluter reducer (which you will have to get one that accurately reduces the the height. That means you must have a very good idea of how tall the tile will sit when it is LAID. Thin set isn't as thin as you think it is.

Go vinyl everywhere no issues with floor height save the tile for a basement bathroom.1/8”will trip everyone.
