Hello all

My Boston fern leaves seem to be a bit deformed/underdeveloped (like more circular, not long (pics 2 and 3)). Ive noticed some white stuff on the stems (pic2). Is this a parasite of some kind causing the deformity, or is it normal, and I just need to change the soil or something?

Were coming out of winter here in Australia, but something tells me its not a seasonal issue...
