My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Looking for another ID

I am looking for an ID on this.. I received about 3 of them a few years ago from someone who was moving. I would guess he probably had them for at least 5 to 10 years. Knowing him, it would be something commonly available, possibly from Lowe's or home depot. They bloomed in mid or late July.



This one gets a lot of sun. The ones in the photos below get a lot of shade.
