help for garage finish

Hi
I am trying to put the drywall in the garage but noticed that the base concrete is pretty old and corroded. At the end i am going to paint epoxy paint for the floor and this part should included but not sure what should i do before putting the drywall and applying epoxy paint. Please help advise
