Does anyone have a good enough grasp on this genus to know which one this is?

Is it ‘Krakatau’, ‘Orange Sherbet’, or something else...?

I doubt we can identify the cultivar. There are 700 species in this genus... probably there are just several people in the world who recognize a lot of species . more or less. Regarding cultivars.. Orange Sherbet has smaller and kind of rounded leaves,,, I am sure that there are unnamed hybrids in commercial trade as well.
