large wall mirror installation

Hello,
I installed this 30” x 60” mirror (approx 40-45lbs) with mirror adhesive and 3 angles at the bottom with heavy duty drywall anchors (rated for 75lbs each) about 24 hours ago. The mirror adhesive says it cures in 2-7 days
Question... would I notice by now if the adhesives isn’t compatible with the mirror? Like would I be able to see “holes” in the mirror? I plan on taking the tape off in a week to fully cure.
