My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Deena, thank you, and agree. The home is actually more stunning than the photo presents, and there is a wonderful pool in the back with a green house. The architect for this home lives in Arizona. It was a local builder that started construction; however, he proved to be highly unethical and half-way through construction left the project and my client stranded. My client obtained his own construction license and completed the construction on his own with various trades assisting him.
