You'd be looking at the $80,000 - $100,000 range just for the structure itself. Much of the cost is due to the details within the specific design.

Unfortunately, we don't have that exact information on hand. However, the approximate height from floor to bottom of perimeter soffit is 11'0" and to the very top (roof) is 13'0". The ceiling height would be somewhere in the middle, approximately 12'0".
