If you can't walk seven feet, then it is : ) but you need no less than 39" /three feet plus to fully open a dishwasher , so I guess not much an issue, right? Two folks PASSING one another need room as well, and that is a big consideration involving who and how many shall make the meals.

i not set on the layout yet, thats another process...(we will be deleting the beverage cabinet the is next to the french doors)

i drew up my own plan(not professional obviously) but i dont have a plan without the cabinets on it

All those base cabinets should be drawers and no pullouts behind doors If you really want help from us we need a to scale plan showing all measurements , windows doorways all clearly marked ,that sketch doesn’t do it. You will find it easier to do a to scale plan with graph paper

Your work triangle doesn't span the 11.5', so it shouldn't be an issue. BUT, I sure wouldn't want the trash that far away from the prep zone (and the clean-up zone, for that matter), unless you have a secondary option for trash (compost/recycling) while you're cooking. (My trash is similarly far away, for example, but I have a compost bowl on the counter and a recycling bin under the sink, so I rarely have to go over to the actual trash can.)
