I hope someone in England can help you. It would be great to help revitalize your area but we are not allowed to send plant material to England. According to the web site below it is illegal without proper paperwork and licensing.

You must have a phytosanitary certificate for almost all plants and living parts of plants, including all seeds for planting, entering the UK from third countries.

You may also need to register as an importer and pre-notify the plant health authority to import certain regulated plants, fruit, vegetables, cut flowers and other objects from outside the EU.

I'm not entirely sure how accurate that is. I quoted that to a lady in the US who wanted to send some sunflower seeds to a lady in England.

She went to her local Post office type depot, and all she needed to do was fill in a form stating what it was and selecting the right category for it, and it was then fine to be shipped. They arrived at their destination in England 2 days later. (Which I was very impressed at!)

So unless that form she filled out was a phytosanitary form, then it might not be as complicated as that website makes out! Lol
