Perhaps white lined Tussock moth and question mark?

Thanks Iris S. I think you're right! Not completely sure about the question mark 'cause there's so many of similar ones that have a lot of variation among them. But the white-marked Tussock moth is right for sure! Thanks again! :)

What plant is the second one on? They like elms and hackberry in my yard.

Thanks again Iris S. I do believe it is eating on what looks like an elm seedling. We also have a hackberry tree not far from there too!
