Cortec is considered to be a fine LVP product in general so I would see no reason for this not to be either.

Did you ever get any photos of this? I’m looking to order the same flooring. Also, where did you get your quote? I’m getting quoted $5.25 a sq ft currently.

Check with Green flooring, I think they are in Oregon and try flooring4less in Oakland, both have pretty good pricing. I think others can match them, just call a few places. I was looking at 2000+ ft and that may have helped in getting a better price. Good luck.

Sorry, I looked up the companies I have found that have competitive prices, try Green Flooring Supply and Quality flooring 4 Less and fast floors. They all seem good on pricing. I would also ask your local retailer to match them on price. Good luck

Scotty D, I’m highly considering the grande goldin oak for most of the main level of my house. Are you happy with it? Any issues with your flooring? Does it have pink tones in some lighting?

We had planned to install the Coretec Grande Lotte Oak (installed in kitchen only); however have ultimately chosen to go with a lighter color - the Makkah Oak -- in remainder of home.
