Herbicide damage?

I planted few roses and grape vines in my garden two year ago and I noticed they all started showing strange leaf growth around the same time this year. Could it be herbicide drift damage or something else? I would greatly appreciate any help or advice.

I don't have an answer, but wanted to bump this up the threads. Is that first one a grape leaf?

I'd almost think it was Rose Mosaic Virus, but grapes can't get that...right?

The herbicide damage I have seen and experienced closely resembled the symptoms of Rose Rosette Disease. The growth was very elongated and distorted. Sometimes reddish but not always. It didn't look like your leaves. Your damage looks more like insects to me.

Look online. You will find photos of grapes with that exact sort of streaky and deformed foliage. It is most likely 2,4-D damage - grapes are very sensitive.

Top one is grapes, and I am 99% sure it’s herbicide damage on grapes, but I was surprised that several rose plants Started showing same symptoms. Some outgrew it and started having normal leafs again but others had stunted growth and completely stopped growing. Would you recommend to cut off damaged ends or wait to see it it outgrows that.

It looks like it happened over some time period but this particular rose outgrew that, maybe this picture shows it better, some other roses are still struggling though.
