I must have some kind of virus or something. It all started by getting messages about a battery failure! Although.at that time, I was still able to log on normally. Then it started getting harder and longer to boot up and log in. while displaying battery failure notice on opening. (even though I was plugged in)
I don't seem to be able to open the the "Connect to an Internet".(and show me the options to connect.) I was also unable to use the printer. While my wife's laptop seems to be working just fine. I know a few of you will suggest setting back to original factory setting, after backing up everything etc. I just thought I would ask and see if there is anything else I could do? Please note: I am still able to use the laptop without internet.
PS ON trying to set computer to a previous date only allowed me to go back 1-2 weeks which was no help.
