Take whatever it is on the door and paint the door some color near that of the brick walkway.

II think dark/ bronze window trim would look good.

I would paint the door for a pop and contrast a blue grey perhaps

Super cute house! It already has lots of curb appeal. I agree with painting the front door a color that coordinates with the brick walk. I would also swap out those black metal corner posts for something more in character with the house.

Doesn't seem to be enough if any contrast between trim and body. Changing trim color would be easy enough change but make a big difference, along with painting the front door.

Remove the living room curtains and match all the window treatments with shades for a unified look from the street. Replace the iron work porch supports with square posts. Repair/replace garage door. Remove tree on the left. Brighten the front door color. Make sure everything else is in good repair and super clean.

i agree with Donald, fix garage door. Everything else is sufficient IMO for resale purposes.

I would not remove the tree, unless it is diseased. I would fix the garage door. You might be able to replace the one panel. Painting the front door maybe. Don't change anything else. It looks good. Location, condition and size are the main criteria.

My observation is that millennials, your likely target buyers, want clean, blank slates. Your house is almost there. Agree with all comments above except re tree, which is an asset. I’d put the car in the garage. If you say there’s no room, then clear it out!

Clean and maintenance are all that are necessary for resale! If an inspector would say the tree is a foundation issue be ready to pay for it's removal.

Good suggestions from all. I’m wondering why a brick sidewalk was installed when I see no other sign of brick here. It’s pretty but seems out of place. Is there any way to help it blend with its setting? The front door in a similar color would help. How about a new front light that would pick up the colors? By chance are more of those bricks available for maybe landscape edging?

How about a big pot or two of bronze or burgundy mums that might match the sidewalk?

Really the whole house was brick that was painted , too bad that was the curb appeal.

I think it looks great as it is. The red brick pops a bit too much for my taste, but replacing that sounds like a major expense. I'd put some more naturally shaped shrubbery along the front by the windows.

Remove the foo-foo on the door. Some would say the wrought iron columns are an outdated feature.

I think the painted brick looks good. The walk needs something to relate to.

Lovely home, but... I agree with the others about the garage door, when I see something that needs repair, it makes me wonder, what else needs repair that hasn't been done. Probably nothing, because everything else looks well kept, but the thought does flash through my mind.
