My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Are the risers and rim joist on the porch the same color as the fascia and rake boards? Also, do you think a lighter color gray (timbertek fox hollow) roof would work as successfully with the overall color scheme as the darker color? Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Tough to say. The roof color of "barkwood" works really well with the chocolate brown, aluminum soffit and fascia. I think that it would dramatically change the look to go with a light gray roofing. Would not be my first choice of a roofing color. (just my opinion for what that is worth). Best wishes with your project!
