That would be called a downspout or leader pipe. Nothing available that I am aware of readily available. Perhaps slide a piece of 4" flexible drainage hose over it or use it as a teaching experience for your daughter to not roll the can near the house.

The downpipe on this house has a short piece of the same type of piping that projects out about 8 inches, on a downward slope.

My landlord put a ten foot or so piece of the flexible plastic pipe used for farm underground drainage that's enough larger to slide over it easily that he slipped up over the bottom of the downspout.

When I hear the landlord's tractor lawnmower arriving, I run out to pull the extension to an out-of-the-way corner so he doesn't need to leave the tractor.

I usually replace it the next day or two while choring - unless earlier rain is forecast (as I dislike water coming into the basement).

And move the end to another place on the lawn occasionally to keep the grass from yellowing.
