There are many companies who post for advertisement reasons and cannot keep up with answering all of the questions. The companies aren't sitting here waiting to answer questions, they are working extremely busy schedules with paying clients and don't always have staff that can answer the questions. And some probably wish that instead of the questions, the people asking the questions would hire them, instead of asking to give away all of their information. Also, I've noticed that many people ask questions that have already been answered. If the person questioning would scroll through all the photos and comments first to check for all the answers already given, they might find their questions are already answered. If not, then post the question. It's good to also learn to search the site and/or internet for the products used, you can sometimes find them. For interior design and custom builders, many items are custom made and you cannot simply go to a store and purchase those items. You must order through an interior design firm and pick fabrics and frames, etc. These are a few reasons why you don't always get answers to your questions.
