Name of blue Slate tile?

Hi I love the slate tile you used do you remember the name of it and where I could find it? I possibly want to use it in my hall bathroom. It would go with the shower tile I picked out. Thank you!

    Hi! This is not so much a tile (with a name given by a vendor) but rather a natural material, cut to this size (12" x 24"). You might find it even in a home improvement store
