Hi Carol: 4ft is not wide enough for a walk-in closet - I notice you have them in other parts of the house too. You’re probably better off with regular closets with well-designed organizers or even custom built-in wardrobes.

I am not a fan of walking through a bath to get to walk-in closets. Put a door in. Maybe a pocket door so there's no door swing that takes up space.

Number 2 is the absolute best use of space. Are you sure you’re working with a licensed architect and not a designer? Architects don’t normally tweak someone else’s plan.

Would it be possible to switch the tub area to where the closet is now and then move the closet to the other side with a door? Instead of moving an entire bathroom?

Yes. Lol. 5000. It is a plan that I liked and architect then moved things around how I wanted them like garage on other side of house, different lanai etc. the plan was mostly for reference.

Probably once a month use. The only difference in price would be cost of adding one more window to move plan around. House isn’t built yet. Just plans. Yes I thought my floor plan was good till I posted. Lol
