Another HVX or not?

Is this HVX or just late summer "misting" that undulata is known for? I inherited these hostas with my house so I have no idea exactly the cultivar, how old they are, our where they came from...but I'm afraid to plant other hostas near them because of how they look.

Guidance would be appreciated!

It is as you say just the late season misting. You can rest easy.

pretty sure.. but not positive.. that hvx does not show up in fall ... it would have shown long ago ...

Ok, we'll that's a relief. I'll feel better about planting them some friends nearby!
