Funny. I just looked at the Tile last night. I was planning to come on here to post a question. Does tilebar have quality products?

With a little research, I answered my question. It looks like customer service is horrible.

I've worked with TileBar with no problem. out of thousands of sales, there are bound to be a few lemons...

I'm using this tile in grey as a kitchen backsplash, and also purchased other tiles from Tile Bar (Stacey Garcia Deco Maddox). I visited Tile Bar a few times to inspect tiles and had to delay shipping a few times due to renovation delays. All my experiences with Tile Bar have been very positive.

I'm considering this as well. What I find interesting is that it also know as Mirrella Artwood Ribbon and Ivy Hill Montgomery Ribbon @ Home Depot. Anyone order from one of these suppliers? @YT AL Did you end up purchasing from TileBar?

@Shalonda We did not purchase this tile since decided that it would be be challenging to keep the grooves clean.

There is a website for Mirella https://www.mirrella.com/artwood-natural

but didn't see much about Ivy Hill.

I have not found any issues with keeping this tile clean.

any of you folks order this tile? I was ready to get it from tile bar and it is backordered, now worried the mirella or Ivy hill are knock-offs?

Also, I got samples from Tile Bar and Mirella. I choose Mirella because one of their colors worked best for us. The quality of both brands were similar if not the same (it's been a while so I don't recall my complete thoughts on that matter).

Thank you so much @Shalonda for your response and beautiful photos!! I did compare the stats on the two brands and there are differences that I'm not sure I care about. The Mirella is more permeable but still rated for showers, it is not as heavy (73lb package v 76); and it is like 4mm thinner. One review, not comparing samples but just looking at the Ivy Hill said it was "dot matrix" graphic. Since you looked at both, I'm assuming you didn't find the wood grain effect to be of lesser quality? I unfortunately shouldn't wait for the sample to come: I ordered it from Mirella Jan 5 and it has still not been picked up for delivery.

What color Schluters did you use?

@greenfish1234 Haven't forgotten you. I'm motivating myself to go look at the samples again so I can answer truthfully.

As far as schluters go, I used https://www.homedepot.com/p/Custom-Building-Products-Satin-Nickel-Anodized-3-8-in-x-98-1-2-in-Aluminum-L-Shaped-Metal-Tile-Edging-Trim-H8702SN98/206449073 . It's actually a warm color and matches very well. There wasn't a color in the Schluter brand that I liked unless I wanted much more contrast like a dark brown.

Thank you so much Shalonda! That schluter is perfect!

Would love to see some images of this tile as a kitchen backsplash. And comments about how easy or hard this is to keep clean.
