Hi Pros:

We are planning to build a French drain and connect the drain pipe to our existing downsprout pipe.

So that we don't have to dig another pipe to flow the water to front yard's sewage system.

However, we found that the downsprout pipe stands higher than the French drain's perforated pipe. I'm concerned this would make the water flow impossible. Is there any solution to this issue?
