Sorry this is my first time on Houzz so I didn't know what I was doing. The space is a living room and dining room. However we never use the dining table. I have a yellow lab and so the ugly chair in the window has to stay. I have pillows on my chairs so that the lab doesn't sit on them. Here are a few more pics.

Are you open to removing the table from the room?

I think you should push the table closer to the bay window and put your kitchen chairs around .... Then with the polka dotted chairs you should break them up and put the smaller couch that was near the table over with the polka dotted chairs.... This will divide the room up but still keep the flow going

The problem is that I have no other table because in my kitchen I just have an island. The rare time I have family over for dinner I need a table lol. I have a full house at Xmas but we remove the furniture and bring in tables.

And the little chair stays put..I'll suggest moving the table where the print chairs are now. Two print chairs on either side of the dog chair. Flanking sofas ( you will need to pull them toward kitchen some, and one away from the walkway wall). Two other upholstered chairs facing the first pair, with garden stool between. This grouping will be rather close, and might need tweaking.
You have two small round tables that might set in the middle of the grouping and move as needed.
I like your red table in the alcove, but with this arrangement, you may want to try it on the opposite wall.
A furniture grade dog crate could double as an end table for the sofa:

I would remove two of the printed chairs from the room. Place the two remaining chairs across from the couch and move the table in front of the kitchen window. It is just too much furniture in that size of a room.

It is a challenge. I am hopeful that that option has already been addressed by our OP, and am looking forward to seeing what other ideas may emerge.

Do you own the home? If so you could consider building a window seat, that way your pup can look out the window without the chair. You could then push your round table near the windows (near wall with mask painting) but still with enough space for the pup to get up and down but so it still looks like a dining room add your dining chairs to the other side of the table get rid of the couch. Spread out the four identical chair into more of a circular pattern add the match to the coffee table in the center of circular pattern and enjoy!!
