Wall vent that doesnt require going outside

I'm planning to install a bathroom vent through the attic on a 2nd floor bathroom and vent it out on an outside wall. Unfortunately, I do not have a ladder that will reach the wall outside of it. Is there a vent cap out there that will allow me to install without going outside the house?

Call a contractor. Or spend that money on a good extension ladder. You’ll use the heck out of it.

Depends on how you feel about water entering the house, yes you need to access the exterior. Or you could rent a ladder.
