The desert silver is a beautiful surface, and it can be paired perfectly with the color combination you outlined. As for maintenance, if it has a slippery surface it should be no problem to keep it clean. Good luck, awesome combo!

We have a colour very similar to one of your choices but in quartz and it goes amazingly with the blue units.

We have a similar color scheme to you just with darker island and white cabinets everywhere else. We just had the Viatera Quartz installed, the color is Muse. The veining is shown in the second pic.

I love the Desert Silver and just picked a similar color for our countertops. We had originally been dead set on a marble look but were worried about matching up the veining since we will have a seam.

I am really loving a mix of countertops. Butcher block on your blue island and desert silver on the rest.

Our was called Snowy Ibiza and very similar to Shell above.
I also love the butcher block island idea!

Creamy-toned cabinets and white/gray marble counters don’t work, in my opinion.

Hi - I am dealing with the same decision. My color palette is same as your photo. Have you looked at calcatta valentin? I am 99% sure I am choosing it. Thinking the color of stone is a bit warmer than cabinets and the subtle brown veining ties in with my walnut hood vent & floors. I am stumped on backsplash.

Another vote for butcher block island. Or a unique natural stone. You need a focal point for the space
