I recently had the pleasure of working with Pearl Remodeling on a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and actually enjoyable—thanks in large part to my contractor, Ben, who was an absolute standout throughout the entire process. Ben was communicative, detail-oriented, and incredibly respectful of my time and home. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. I engaged Pearl Remodeling to update 2 baths and a bedroom in my home. I have never engaged in a remodeling project before and I wanted the job to be completed as soon as possible. Ben, my contractor, promised it would be completed in a timely manner. He walked through the enire plan in advance and the remodeling costs were very reasonable. We started working with Avi at Pearl Remodeling earlier this year on an ADU. Avi and his crew are a pleasure to work with and we are beyond thrilled with the results. High quality work! We highly recommend Pearl Remodeling, especially our project manager Vlad L. He was on top of the project, a great help since we were not in the US during renovation. Our supposedly 3-month project was unexpectedly delayed and turned into a more complicated year-long project because it collided with HOA’s own project. Vlad patiently supervised and updated us on developments, advised us what to buy and where to source them. The walls are done correctly, the tiles lines matched, Kitchen cabinets and vanities installations done beautifully, electrical work upgrade done professionally. He and the Pearl team did a really good job throughout the process.

This is the second time we hired Pearl Remodeling for a major project, and we’re just as happy with the results this time as we were with the first. Major storm damage meant we had to almost completely rebuild both bedrooms and bathrooms. From the very beginning our contractor Gal was committed to getting us back into our condo as quickly as possible. He kept the work on schedule despite multiple challenges. When the flooring we’d ordered from Home Depot showed up with major flaws, he went the same day to find new laminate for us and delivered it himself. He made suggestions for building back better than before, and the results are wonderful. Kevin who supervised the project communicated with us the whole time to make sure we were happy with the work. The multiple craftspeople who worked on our home all did great work. Our tiling looks beautiful, the floors are great, the painting perfect. Rachelle was very helpful, quickly communicating and providing documents I needed for our insurance. Pearl made a difficult situation manageable and delivered beautiful results.

I’m very happy we hired Pearl Remodeling to remodel our bathroom. They were professional, extremely competent, and timely. I originally hired a different local contractor for the project. I provided the design with detailed scale drawings and dimensions that included stripping the room to the studs and installing a new tub with tiles. Fortunately, I am very knowledgeable when it comes to design, construction, and engineering, because the work done by the original contractor ranged from very sub-standard to downright wrong. I almost never saw their foreman, and good communication was lacking. They even damaged the bathtub because it wasn’t properly covered. Most of their workers were unlicensed, and apparently low-skilled. I became afraid to not be there whenever they were present. After watching them re-do several processes multiple times poorly (structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC), I fired them and hired Pearl Remodeling to take it over. I’m so glad I did; they made a HUGE difference. And Pearl’s pricing was the same as the original company. All of Pearl’s workers were licensed and high-caliber professionals. They actually paid close attention to the drawings and asked pertinent questions while reviewing them. It was refreshing to see their quality workmanship and attention to details far beyond my plans. And their tile work was impeccable. Pearl’s project manager, Avi Shushan, remained very involved the entire time and provided excellent advice. His foreman, Jorge, was constantly communicating and updating me. (BTW, Jorge has a degree in civil engineering from UC Northridge.) They stuck to their timeline, and were flexible with a few last-minute adjustments I had sprung on them. When I fired the first company, their owner warned me that I was just being too particular, and that all contractors are the same; and if I wanted the quality I was demanding, I would have to personally supervise their work constantly. NOT TRUE!!! Pearl proved that to me! Thank goodness I called them. We now have a bathroom that exceeds our wishes. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Pearl Remodeling to anyone seeking a first-rate contractor that doesn’t over-charge for their services. I trust you will be as happy with them as we are.

This was our second time using Pearl Remodeling. After a very pleasant first time, we’ve had an even better experience with our second! We did a 400 square-foot addition and we didn’t want to leave our house for an extended period. Ben and his team worked diligently to allow us to spend two months in the house and two months out. They were extremely attentive to our needs in this giant endeavor. The quality of work was top-notch. Though we may have received quotes that were less than what Pearl had quoted us, there’s a saying… You get what you pay for. We paid for great quality, great service and now we have a home for our growing family. Highly recommend working with Ben and Pearl Remodeling.

We began out project in April and after nearing completion of it decided to expand our project based on the work that was done, the communication with and responsiveness of our project manager, Avi, and Pearl's ability to quickly continue to move into the second phase of our project. Our project included adding a bathroom and lighting throughout our house, converting an attic space to a closet, converting nonfunctional French doors to a wall of windows, changing the wood flooring throughout the house and baseboards and painting the inside of the house. We had excellent communication throughout our project with Avi and others from Pearl, which was essential since we work full time and one of us works from home. Avi was extremely helpful in offering suggestions on how to add a bathroom to the existing layout of our house, which is almost 100 years old, and staying on budget.

I have decided to remodel various parts of my home such a wall removal, kitchen remodeling, outdoor BBQ, some windows and more... the project manager Avi Shushan has been very helpful throughout the entire remodeling process. His professionalism and good communication are much appreciated. He answers my questions in a timely manner, and makes frequent visits to check on the progress of the remodeling. Simply amazing! Izhak and his team from Pearl Remodeling did an unbelievable job in converting our unfinished garage into a beautiful ADU. So beautiful in fact that my wife and I joke about moving out of the main house and into it. From the very first meeting with Izhak, we could sense his heart and knew we were in good hands. He did not disappoint. He promised his top team, and he delivered with Ori and his crew of wonderful people. They successfully transformed the garage into a livable space that passed every inspection. Even the city inspector commented on the outstanding quality of their work, which he said he doesn't do often. None of this is to say the process was flawless. We had a few changes we wanted after the project started, and there were a couple small hiccups, mostly plumbing related, but Izhak's continued check-ins and Ori's regular presence supervising the project made everything easily overcome. They also made themselves available anytime we needed via call or text. I can't express how happy we are with the final result and the entire process. It may sound a bit silly, but we actually miss seeing Juan, Huero, Eddie, and the rest of the work crew everyday. Thank you Pearl Remodeling and Izhak for our new ADU that we will love for years to come!

Stop your search now, you've found the contractor you should go with, you will not be disappointed! This is the second project I've had Pearl Remodeling do at my house and they knocked it out of the park again. This time around they remodeled two bathrooms and put in a new hall closet. My contractor was Ben and the project manager was George, they were rock stars throughout the entire project. There wasn't a single time that any reasonable request I made was denied. This was a huge load off my shoulders when dealing with such permanent decisions that comes with bathroom remodels. They were very patient and understanding as I ran into several supply issues that were out of my control during the project as well. George was the primary person on the floor that I dealt with. It's very obvious that he's had years of experience with construction. His attention to detail and his forethought allowed my wife and I to rest easy knowing that George would always be able to bring up potential issues as well as offer us solutions to issues that we were going to run into many steps down the line. I'd like to recognize that my wife and I were probably not the easiest of customers to work with as both of our professions require an extreme attention to detail and we carry this over into our everyday lives. The fixes we requested were sometimes things so small, that I think only the two of us would notice. But no matter how small or large, Ben and George understood our concerns and when I brought issues to their attention, the only response they ever gave was "no problem, what else?". With the kind of money these home improvement investments have on the line, finding Pear Remodeling was such a blessing. Our satisfaction with the project was their top priority and we could rest easy knowing that they would continue working and offering solutions until we were 100% happy with the result. They stand by their work as well. During the final days of our bathroom remodels an issue cropped up from the previous home improvement project they did for us. The issue was almost certainly caused by the intense rain we've been seeing in LA lately and wasn't their fault whatsoever. They were happy to come back and fix those issues as well. I felt very taken care of every step of the way. Their professionalism was unmatched and they've definitely earned a customer for life as I will be going back to them for any future projects that require a contractor.

I just completed a whole house remodeling project with Pearl Remodeling and I am very much impressed by the quality and efficiency of their work as well as the great team that I’ve worked with. Gal G was my Project Manager and I have nothing but fantastic feedback about him. Gal is on top of everything. He’s very responsive which is always my top priority when selecting a PM. I appreciate Gal’s positivity through the project that he always focuses on solutions when we encounter hurdles and setbacks. This positive mindset is crucial for any remodeling project with all kinds of moving targets to deal with. The rest of the crew were all very professional and a pleasure to work with- particularly Kevin and George who pay close attention to details and quality of the job at each critical path of the project. We have completed 2 major home remodeling projects with Pearl and would definitely recommend their services. Pearl Remodeling as a company has proven to be responsible, efficient and genuinely able to provide the contracted services as promised. Their billing system is transparent and no additional charges are made without customer approval in advance. Moreover, when we have had minor issues with materials used, Pearl was willing and able to accommodate our requests. Avi Shushan, the project manager for our recent kitchen and bathroom remodel, is exceptional. Avi is extremely responsive by phone and email and we have never had any issues communicating with him. He is also present at the job site on a regular basis in a way that ensures any issues or concerns are addressed immediately. Everyone on the Pearl team (electrician, plumber, construction crew, tile, fabricator, etc. ) has been diligent, considerate and trustworthy while in our home. Kevin, the foreman, is a delight to work with. We are perfectionists with high expectations and everyone at Pearl has done their best to meet our expectations. They value a job well done and happy customers and that is something to appreciate.

I found Pearl Remodeling on Yelp and based on the number of 5-star reviews, decided to give them a call when I was starting my ADU project. I liked that they handled everything from architectural plans and city permits to construction and interior finishes. I also liked that the architect they work with had an expeditor and knew people in the planning dept. That goes a long way towards things going smoothly. I had the same two project managers, Ben and Izhak, throughout, and the company was a large enough to have every type of tradesperson needed for building a home, but not too big that it was impersonal or that you couldn't get a quick response. I was also impressed with the photos they showed me of other ADU projects on homes similar to mine in the Los Angeles area, where the finishes and taste-level were high-quality. Definitely not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive, either. My building plans were completed and submitted to the city in a timely manner, approvals took about two months. It was nice not to have to deal with any of the permitting stuff. It was some months more before I decided to proceed with construction, but once I did, communication was smooth, the scope of work and payment schedule was clear, and the contractors and tradespeople were all professional and treated the property with care. I appreciated the communication and responsiveness. It's not an easy job to add a new foundation to an existing structure that sits on a property line. I was impressed with the quality of the work from foundation to framing to drywall and stucco. We passed every stage of inspection without a problem, and I didn't have to worry about anything since a contractor was always on-site for the appointments and always kept me apprised. Since I had to purchase all the things that go inside the ADU and the fixtures etc, the team gave me a list of items and advice on what to buy and also took care of picking up things like the tankless water heater and mini-split unit. Although I didn't use Pearl's interior design services, the project managers were great about giving advice when asked and helping me make decisions. Yes, the timeline was a bit longer than expected, but that was not an issue for me. And sometimes there were hiccups but everything was always resolved. The project turned out fantastic and I feel confident knowing that they stand behind their work. I already recommended them to my neighbors!

We are deeply grateful and appreciative for the work that everyone at Pearl did to help us navigate and work with Los Angeles County to complete our project, especially considering how long it took to get through our initial stages of approval. We purchased a property with an existing illegal garage conversion and, for over 5 years, various folks from Pearl worked along with us to get our project through and help us legalize the structure and clear code violations from our title. We are ever grateful that everyone at Pearl stuck with us and saw our project through to the end. We are especially thankful for all the work of Campbell, Jacob, Richard and Bar in the initial stages of the project and we are deeply appreciative of Jorge, who guided the project through its final stages and approvals. Jorge was always willing to answer any questions in a timely manner, give us guidance where needed, meet us at the Building and Safety office to help us obtain permits when the department was being difficult, and overall went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed and finalized, as well as ensuring our satisfaction was met. Complete with new windows, siding and paint, our 100 year old bungalow and fully permitted ADU are stunningly beautiful and we receive compliments nonstop from our neighbors! Thank you, Pearl!!!

I have so many great things to say about Pearl Remodeling..where to start. First and foremost, we were looking for a contractor who would be upfront, honest, and organized. Ben Oded and the team at Pearl Remodeling have been that and more. When we started the project, which was to add a brand new bathroom, and to redo the adjacent bedroom, we were nervous. We had just spent almost an entire year doing work with different contractors and had been unhappy with the time it took, and the lack of organization. Ben put us at ease right away, and worked with us to build a timeline that was reasonable and realistic. His team were all professional and knowledgeable, and the work looks incredible. If that wasn't enough, I wanted to touch on something else Ben did to go over and beyond for us. On the week of my wife and my wedding (after we had to cancel 2x due to Covid), Ben and the team at Pearl Remodeling cleaned everything so that, while we were still under construction, guests coming from out of town could stay with us, without the interference of the work. But that's not all.. on the Wednesday before our wedding, with all of our friends and family in town, the gas went out in our house. This had nothing to do with the construction work from Pearl Remodeling - but it didn't matter. They sprang into action, came over the very next morning, and worked until they were sure that the gas had been fixed. Major crisis averted.. and it's all due to the care and attention of Ben and his team. And, their prices have always been competitive, and for the plumbing job specifically, came in several thousand below the next best quote. Ben Oded and his team are so great that we continue to work with them. We had them replace our roof, and now, they are working with us on another project. Ben and his crew did a good job. From the beginning with discussing our ideas, to seeing it on CAD and with help selecting material, Ben kept us in the loop. He provided us progress photos. As the room developed things changed and Ben was accommodating to our ideas. As the project wrapped up we had some items which needed addressing. Ben got our list done without questioning. He understood why and completed our list.

I had a great experience working with Izhak and Ami. I had great peace of mind as they were always available and picked up the phone with any concerns I had. They took care of most of the issues and very straightforward with communicating. They also did a great job with the project and have good taste in style!

My wife and I had been waiting years to renovate our kitchen and guest bathroom. Once the pandemic hit, we struggled with deciding whether to wait another year or more, or bite the bullet, and once we were vaccinated, go for it. We decided to go for it. We did exhaustive research on home remodelers and narrowed our search down to three top-rated companies. We met with a contractor from each company. Alon from Pearl Remodeling beat everyone else out. From the first time Alon visited with us, he was punctual, courteous, friendly and honest. He never rushed us; he answered every question we had; and he also gave his own opinions, which we greatly appreciated. When he sent us the estimate, it was competitive with the others received. The difference from the others was the connection we had with Alon. He promised that he would exceed our expectations and that we’d be thrilled with the result. Seven months later, surviving a renovation during a pandemic, Alon was 100% right. He delivered on the promise he made the first day we met with him. Our renovation would have been done in two months. Pearl Remodeling moved quickly, efficiently, and expertly. It was the delays in materials (principally, quartz for our kitchen countertops; the vanity for the guest bathroom; and most awful- the wait for our kitchen appliances. We ordered them in April right after we signed the contract with Pearl; the dishwasher and range were delivered the first week of November.) Despite the delays, Pearl Remodeling was reassuring every step of the way. Again, special shout-out to Alon. He has the patience of a saint; every week when I told him there was yet another delay with the appliances, he was empathetic and understanding. This was my wife’s and my first home renovation. We are both perfectionists and when something is done nearly perfectly, we will only see the miniscule blemish. Put it this way: We had Alon’s phone number on speed dial. Every day during the renovation, I’d call with one issue or concern and Alon’s answer always was, “Absolutely. No problem. I will come over and we will take care of this.” And he did. Sometimes there was an issue, and Pearl fixed it immediately. Standard part of the renovation process, I now have learned. Sometimes, it was more of a phantom issue, stress-induced on our end. We wouldn’t like how the new toilet looked; then, a day later, we’d realized it was fine. We just needed to become accustomed to the change. Like I said, we were first timers. My point is that Alon was kind and he listened to each and every call and he made sure we knew any problem would be solved. I want to give a shoutout to some of the rest of the crew, because this is the other amazing thing about Pearl: You have a whole team dedicated to your property. Ofer, Jordan, and George- they all know each other, and they’ve worked together for years, so they have a rapport and a friendliness that is brought into your home. I highly recommend Pearl Remodeling.

Pearl Remodeling did a fantastic job on our project. Our project manager was Ben Oded. They were prompt, detail oriented and explained the work every step of the way. We trusted them with the keys to our house while we went on a week long vacation and we came back to a project well done. They allowed us to review the work along the way and didn't call the project complete until we were 100% satisfied with every little detail. We were so happy to have found a company and project manager that we can trust to complete the project on time, on budget and to the level of detail that they did. All of the workers were courteous and professional every step of the way. We have several more projects coming up that we will absolutely be coming back to this company for. The scope of the work was foundation retrofit and underpinning, sub floor rot repair, new painted baseboards throughout the entire house, 4 new interior doors and 3 bedrooms with new carpet. Just completed the renovation of a 65-year-old bathroom and I could not have selected a finer company than Pearl Remodeling (Lic. # 955824) and Project Manager Izhak (pronounced Isaac). As my first reno, I did not know what to expect or who to trust. A friend referred me to Pearl, and I was blessed beyond measure to have been given Izhak as our project manager. From Day 1, he assured me that he would a) walk with us through each step, b) be available or would call back immediately, and c) would go with us to select tile. He even found a wonderful vanity vendor! Izhak's word is his bond. He did all of what he promised and more. He is friendly, communicative and a man of his word. The entire crew of contract workers that Pearl assembled was efficient and took great pride in their work. That was MOST important to me - QUALITY WORK. The result was beyond my expectations. We did have setbacks that were outside of the scope of the contract with mold and subterranean termites, but Izhak found or recommended the subcontractors to handle it all and I could not have been more pleased. A Pearl contract comes with liability/worker's compensation insurance, and quality control. Payments are made in stages. This was a top-notch experience for us, and I am committed to working with Izhak and this company in the future.

We had a great experience with Pearl and especially with Izhak as our project manager. We had two big projects and had the guys working at our property for about 9 months. We were grateful to have Izhak in our corner and there when we needed him. He's a very kind and knowledgeable guy, and it felt like we were working with family. All of the workers were great, and I can't believe how smoothly the entire experience went. We had an ADU and an addition to our home completed, and we are very glad we did it with Pearl.

We had both our bathroom and kitchen remodeled by Pearl and we are more than in love with both. Our contractor Ben and his crew were amazing and made sure everything was done to perfection throughout. The foreman Cesar and George the QA lead (yes, Pearl has a quality assurance person) were also great, very nice and super helpful. The entire crew, including Salomon, was so hard working, always on time, so considerate, and their craftsmanship superb. And the owner himself, Ron, was as professional, knowledgeable, and patient as a client who knows nothing about construction could ask for. It seemed like they all took genuine pride in their work. I’m so grateful to have found them and for the work they did on my home.

I am constantly impressed by the work and care that Pearl Remodeling puts into making their client's renovations dreams come true. In 2014, my family contracted Pearl Remodeling to renovate our freshly purchased 3 bedroom and 2 bath ranch style home. Spoiler alert! They did a GREAT JOB! Fast forward 7 years, I decided it was finally time to "finish" off the garage so that I could turn it into my own personal "shred-shed" (aka home gym). The renovations Pearl Remodeling did years ago stood the test of time, so of corse I got in touch with Gal Yaakov (from Pearl) for this new project. And just like our first project, they knocked it out of the park! A big reason you'll see a lot of positive reviews for this business is because they really care about making their clients happy. As for my shred-shed, my next step is to fill it with gym equipment, but for now, I feel like the before and after pictures of the space confirm the degree of transformation and my own personal happiness factor. I can't recommend Pearl Remodeling enough!

Ben and the team at Pearl Remodeling made our bathroom and garage remodel experience smooth and with stellar results. Everyone who came to work at our house was professional m, kind and skilled. And when the work was done, they kindly attended to any details we felt needed to be touched up. We were left with two rooms we now love going into, and which have added considerable value to our house. We have done several projects over the years across a few different houses and worked with several contractors along the way. Our experience with Izhak Eskayo and his team at Pearl Remodeling has been by far the best we’ve ever had. Besides being incredibly friendly, understanding and patient, Izhak was extremely thorough and delivered on the scope of work in terms of timeline and expected/agreed upon cost. We had previously done work on our house purchased in July 2019 and had saved the last phase for last – our kitchen and butler pantry. We were given a timeline from Izhak, based on the design he and his team helped us with, of 8-10 weeks. When work began, there was never a stop or delay. The various groups of workers that came through were all incredibly nice, respectful and adhered to wearing their masks and keeping their distance in the middle of the fall when Covid was peaking. We had a few adjustments along the way, including some design changes, and each time it was no problem for Izhak as he was patient with us, and while we could have delayed the job due to these requests, Izhak was still able to complete the work in only 7 weeks. At the time, and like during any kitchen remodel, we were working with a makeshift kitchen in the garage and were so appreciative to be able to have a functioning kitchen ready to use well before we expected. In the attached before and after pictures, Izhak’s design team should also get credit for helping with the layout, the cabinet design, appliance placement and color scheme. Izhak had shown us his portfolio of kitchen remodels and we were able to use some ideas to apply to our concept. We would absolutely recommend requesting Izhak for your next project and we will not use anyone else for any projects we take on in the future. The professionalism of Pearl Remodeling from top to bottom was just really next level.

With the help of Alon and the crew at Pearl Remodeling, we just finished converting the carport in our backyard into a fully enclosed garage/office and absolutely could not be happier! We moved into our home in highland park about 2 years ago and had dreams of doing this renovation, but kept putting it off because it seemed like a larger task than we could handle. Then covid hit and my wife and I are now working from home full time and needed the extra space. Pearl remodeling was the 6th company we reached out to for a quote on the project and as soon as Alon showed up to see the carport we knew we were in good hands. Alons quote was detailed, thorough and fair. This being the biggest reno project we had ever done, my wife and I were very nervous before hand. As soon as Alon and his crew showed up that first day, all of those nerves and fears went away. The crew was extremely talented, hardworking, and FAST! We hired Pearl Remodeling to build an ADU (Back House, Casita, Granny Flat). This is a brand new building behind our garage, not a garage conversion. The ADU is 500 square feet. We looked at 3 different contractors and decided on Pearl Remodeling because: 1. I loved how the contract included a payment schedule so that you knew exactly what you would have to pay and when. 2. I liked having a Project Manager that was our point person for every issue. Alon was our project manager and he was great. 3. There pricing was very competitive. After the build began Pearl Remodeling handled all the permit and sign offs with the city and when we came across some issues with our cities power company, they handled getting the problems solved. Any delays the project saw was did not have to do with Pearl Remodeling, our delays were based on city issues. Overall we really enjoyed working with with Alon and the Pearl Remodeling team and will use them again for any updates to our properties.

We recently completed a significant renovation to our house including an overhaul of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Pearl Remodeling did a superb job ensuring that this renovation was completed quickly, safely and beautifully with the highest standards possible. The renovation was led by Ben who is unflappable, an excellent communicator and pays great attention to detail. He should honestly teach a course on time management cause the guy knows how to very effectively juggle several projects without missing a beat. We were a bit overwhelmed with the prospects of the renovation but Ben allayed all fears and led a great team of professionals to make the renovation a success, and it was completed fairly quickly given the size and extent of renovation. Ben and his team’s wealth of experience came particularly handy in tackling our bathrooms that are smaller in size. One of the bathrooms was really dark and felt particularly closed in. Ben suggested adding a sky tunnel, something that we never would have considered possible, and initially decided against. However, we changed our minds and we were so glad we did! The sky tunnel made a huge difference opening up the lighting in the bathroom. I site this as an example of how the team never pressured us to add on new costs but would work together to find good solutions that were reasonable. Ben would lay out all options and explain the context behind each, but always defer to us without pressure on what decision to make. We really appreciated that as any renovation, particularly with an older house, is bound to have issues come up. It also showed Ben’s flexibility since we initially waved off the suggestion but then later came around to it. We could write several more paragraphs regarding how incredible the entire Pearl Remodeling team is and cannot stress enough how grateful we are to all of them for making this a stress free effort. We look forward to working with Ben and the rest of his team again when we opt to renovate other parts of our house in the future.

My Pergola is amazing. Ben and his team did such a great job. They were fast, flexible and went the extra mile to give us what we wanted. We remodeled our kitchen recently with another company so I know what not great service looks like. Ben stayed on time and on budget. The look we wanted was mid-century modern and we got just that. Everything works the way it supposed to. The fan wasn't working at first but they told us what part to order and came back to re-install it with no problems. We have no plans to move but if we did I'm 100% positive the value added far exceeds what we paid for our backyard treasure. It's my Covid workspace, night time hang, and so much more.

We hired Ben and Pearl Remodeling to remove the soffit in our hallway and completely remodel our guest bathroom. Ben was honest about the work at hand and gave us an appropriate quote and timeline when other contractors were just trying to get the job and would probably up charge us later. He was incredibly communicative from day 1 and super easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns. The workers were respectful and efficient, especially since we had to complete the job during quarantine and move in with family during the process. While there were some hiccups along the way Ben got the job done and we’re very happy with our new bathroom and hallway ceiling. This was our first remodeling project so we felt it went as smoothly as possible. Our only issue was the tiles we ended up choosing for the floor and shower were not the best quality. We wish that had been flagged to us sooner since we spent a small fortune on the remodel, but nonetheless the bathroom looks beautiful and we’d highly recommend shopping around for tile.

We converted an upstairs living room into a permitted bedroom and we couldn't be any happier with how the process went and what the results were. If you work with Pearl, ask for Ben to be your project manager. He is the smartest, most professional and reliable person on construction that I have ever met. We had some small set backs during the process and Ben always stood up for me and my priorities as his client. I actually miss seeing him because he is also the nicest person at heart. The crew who worked on the project were very well trained and clean, and they finished the project on a reasonable time frame. If I had to do any other renovations on my house, I would definitely call Ben.

We could not be happier with our newly renovated home and our experience with Alon, Santi and their team. We recently used Pearl Remodeling for back to back bathroom remodeling projects (we completely gutted both rooms!) and cannot recommend them enough! Ben was a great overall project manager and was really communicative about realistic project expectations and timing around other projects. Work (especially on the first bathroom) was done incredibly fast and all the various teams coming in were great- demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, glass etc. The tile work is STUNNING. They really worked with us on custom ideas we came up with to make it fit in the space, like figuring out the curtain rod into glass in the guest bathroom, or the custom slab top on the vanity in the master to fit the bowl sink we wanted. Santi's team was awesome. While I don't recommend doing all of this while 5-8 months pregnant like I did...they were also super accommodating to our work & life schedules when needed. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and couldn’t be more excited. The house was built in the 1960’s so you can imagine how dated it was. After having incurred some water damage during the winter rains, and discovering additional long term water damage in the process of getting estimates to make repairs, I decided to go with Pearl based on recommendations from friends and having a few conversations with Ben, who oversaw my project. The price was very competitive, even when we realized additional work would be needed due to some long term damage being more expansive than anticipated. Now that the work is done, you'd never even know they were there. It looks exactly like it did before the damage occurred (even down to some wall textures which would have been challenging to match). Very happy with the work and would definitely utilize again for future (and hopefully more fun) projects.

I recently got my wall soundproofed for my studio condominium in Downtown Los Angeles. I am pleased to report that my experience was very pleasant and the quality of work was excellent. I got the wall soundproofed because I have a small dog that cries and barks. My unit is small which is not traditional to the type of projects that Pearl Remodeling typically takes but they were very accommodating about working with me and my needs. The price point was very fair and the level of service was both comfortable and professional. I worked directly with Gal who carefully explained every step of the process and found every option available to meet my needs and expectations. We have been wanting to add a bathroom and reconnect a separated room for some time. We were very weary about hiring a contractor due to horror story's we have heard from friends. We did out interviews and ended up going with Pearl Remodeling. Our project manager Gal and his project supervisor Ofir were amazing. They took the time to do proper permits and research with LAUSD. Set Proper expectations. Performed better than expected in terms of time frame and quality of work. I would use them again and am already consulting with them about some other more minor projects at the moment. Gal is super communicative. I can always get ahold of him, and he does not make us feel bad for calling and asking what may be silly questions. If extra work was needed upon discovery he did not make a big deal about it. We felt his main goal was our happiness. There was one time we had a small issue where my neighbors sprinkler plumbing was ran over by a truck. There was no proof it was from the workers but Gal immediately fixed the issue on the same day it came up with no questions asked. This crew is top notch and I would recommend them to family and friends. They helped us put in an amazing steam shower in a nice very large modern bathroom. It was simply a closet before. It required drilling into a concrete foundation to add plumbing and the fixtures I got would have intimidated most other contractors. We installed a Kohler DTV + Showering system with touch panel and multiple outlets with speakers and special lighting and steam. It is by far the most high tech shower on the block. We also reconnected a bedroom with in ceiling speakers and added 3 windows and a sliding door as well as a barn door thru out for ergonomic entry. We also had out laundry room re designed for more space and easier access. Their permit guy Campbell seemed to know the inner working of LA county real well and what was code and so on. Inspections were a breeze. They made sure someone was here when the inspectors came so we were almost completely hands off. They never pushed me. Allowed me time to make decisions and order the finishing I want even if it meant pushing out the project a bit. I can't say enough how great and professional this crew is... If you need to do a remodel seriously consider Pearl Remodeling. You will not be let down.

During the process I was so impressed with the progress, I decided to add a kitchen remodel which was done simultaneously with the original project, all of which was done ON TIME within the projected completion timeframe. I worked closely with the Project Foreman Ben Oded. Ben continuously demonstrated many of the qualities of a consummate partner each step of the process. He worked closely with me to take my conceptual designs and made them a reality with a team of people that were truly skilled in their craft. During the process, he identified challenges and provided well thought out solutions that he proactively helped implement. There was never a request that was impossible. The result was state of the art modern designs throughout the house that exceeded my expectations. It is without reservation that I recommend Pear Remodeling for any future projects.

Pearl Remodeling is seriously the best group of people to work with! They turned around my whole house - kitchens, bathrooms, floors, patio, backyard and studio were all renovated. It was a complete overhaul and a huge job. Everything was so well done, but in particular I need to give a shout out to the work they did converting the garage into an open plan studio unit I can now AirBnb. That work is truly beautiful and has been noticed by guests and realtors for its quality! To give you some context – before Pearl redid my house it was a 1911 Los Angeles craftsman that had been shown little love over the years. The original bathrooms were in such a sad state – the showers leaked into the basement whenever the water ran. There was little to no natural light in the house at all. Izhak Eskayo from Pearl Remodeling helped me to redesign the entire house to modernize it into a beautiful home! Izhak oversaw the entire project for 18 months so really so much credit for this job goes to him (see further down for even more of my recommendation!) We started with the bathrooms, which was a complete overhaul of the tiling, toilet, shower, vanity etc. For the shower, they tarred and sealed the base of the shower completely – which has turned out beautifully. Then we did the kitchen which again was a complete overhaul job. Cabinets, countertop, appliances, cutting a hole in the wall to accommodate the new countertop island… it was all handled so well! Then we did floors… for the entire house! These floors are gorgeous – they’re treated reclaimed barn wood with beautiful texture and grain. I recommend asking for them to be double waxed (just my preference) because I like to make sure they’re very smooth, but some people prefer the rougher texture under foot. All the walls inside and outside the house were completely painted. We worked hard to figure out the color scheme. Izhak has a great sense of color – he was such a great help in this process!!! I went with a simple grey and white for the exterior paint, which let the natural red brick and wood of the craftsman shine through! I’m so happy with the results – it makes the house look brand new!!! Then the Pearl team moved on to the garage/studio conversion. This was such an epic job I can’t even begin to describe!!! As we began digging, we found that the old garage unit (built in 1911) was missing a foundation! Because of city regulations, we couldn’t move any of the existing walls in the remodel, so Izhak and his amazing team led by the foreman Cesar actually dug under the existing structure and installed a cement foundation!!! This was an epic undertaking and we followed the city codes very closely. Everything was done to code and done amazingly well! The results really speak for themselves so take a look at the photos – I now have a 400 sq ft open plan self-contained studio I can rent or AirBnB for additional income! And finally, the team moved on to the backyard and patio! This involved knocking down existing brick wall and digging up 6ft deep concrete installed by the previous owner, which was a complete eyesore to the property! My backyard isn’t big enough to accommodate a bobcat, so the team spent weeks digging up this concrete slab with jackhammers and shovels! What was installed in its place is a beautiful firepit, garden wall, and a new cedar wood fence. They also installed pavers as footpath and new garden boxes for growing herbs. Izhak also brought in a team to install a patio cover, which now provides beautiful shade for parties during the day! Pearl Remodeling did such a great job throughout the whole house, were so professional, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was the best. I had my home revalued shortly after the renovation and it skyrocketed in value because of the work from Pearl Remodeling. Finally, if you get the chance to be so lucky, ask to work with Izhak Eskayo. You'll be thankful you did! I've worked with him for the past 18 months and I can say without a doubt he put his heart into the project and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results. He has impeccable taste, attention to detail, and a big heart for his clients - all winning combinations for a stellar project manager! I took 3 bids for our garage remodel. Pearl Remodeling was by far the fairest bid and the most knowledgeable contractor. Ben Oded was my project manager. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Ben listened to my ideas and helped me realize them. The project ran into some delays as Ben worked to clear through permitting challenges. Thank goodness that Ben was so diligent in resolving those challenges. Ben and I were in constant contact from the beginning of the year until mid-July, when the job was completed (and I do mean constant communication, daily). The consistent communication was also very appreciated. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Ben and that is a truly rare thing. I now have an great looking new garage work space with an attic that has a TON of storage. The outside of the garage looks great too! The polished concrete floor is pretty cool too! If you need help with a garage remodel, give these guys a call -- they are good.

After meeting Ben, he immediately made a good impression on us and our decision was easy. He was able to give us an accurate, fair estimate right on the spot and we really felt like he understood what we were looking for in our kitchen remodel. I contacted Pearl to help with my garage conversion. I wanted to build a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. I was working with Ori, the project manager. He was great. I had a lot of questions and he answered each question. He was very patient and professional. They helped with the architectural drawings and getting the necessary permits from the city. Also, there was a DWP easement on my property and they worked with DWP to get that approval. I would highly recommend Pearl for any remodeling/construction job you may have. These guys are honest and great to work with!

As far as the work itself, they were able to move my job up a whole week! Which meant I got my project done a week early. When does that happen? The guys were great and they did a excellent job. We had a covered patio installed a few years ago. We decided to interview several contracts to enclose it into a patio room. Ori, from Pearl Remodeling, came to do the estimate. He knew immediately what needed to be done. They don't do just patios but everything you dreamt they can build for you. We also needed to tile the floor and demo the sliding door to open the living room stepping down to the patio room. Thus we didn't need to hire different contractors to accomplish the task. They did an excellent job from start to finish. It took less than 2 weeks for them to order the materials and only took a day to enclose the patio. What took time was when I decided to order the tile myself. The shipping was delayed a week, but once it was delivered, Ori scheduled the demo and tiling immediately. He oversaw the work from start to finish and the final product was exactly what we dreamt seeing. We will definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling to our family and friends. They are true business professionals.

Gal at Pearl Remodeling was knowledgable, detailed, thorough, timely, honest, and respectful from our first meeting, throughout all of his teams work, and beyond the close of the job. Kitchen: - remove old flooring in kitchen and install tile. - there was a leak under our sink, and Gal’s team replaced the board inside the kitchen sink cabinet after it was damaged, that was not their responsibility. Full Home: - measure/assist in window order with outside vendor, install new windows and remove the old ones. Even came back after job was completed to swap bathroom windows per our revised request on how they should open (open to center of room instead of open at ends of the room). - install attic insulation

Just finished a remodel with Gal and his team. The place looks great! Everyone was professional, honest and hardworking. In any project, it's inevitable to run into unforeseen circumstances, but Gal was always there to help and resolved any issues quickly and with a smile. His "can do" attitude and quick response kept the process moving at a fast pace but never cutting corners. This is my first time remodeling and he was very patient and explained the steps involved and was also very clear on costs and timing. During construction, a few things came up that was outside of the original scope of work, Gal was happy to help and even did a few tasks without extra charge. I would definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling and would hire them again!

Izhak worked closely with me to make things exactly the way I envisioned them. Though it wasn’t a huge job I was treated as a special client and always felt that my project was important. Izhak and his crew are personable, warm and passionate about what they do. Its hard work and they approach the hard work with a positive and encouraging attitude. All of my ideas, desires and concerns were listened to and they made it happen. It was fun collaborating with Izhak on the design and shopping for the specifics was fun and easy. He knows everyone and is able to get a good price for things. The overall costs were very reasonable. The permit process, the work itself, inspections and finishing were conducted in a thorough and professional manner. The work is beautiful, clean, detailed and it was completed quickly. I have renovated several houses over the years. Izhak and Pearl Remodeling rank in the best of my experiences. I wish I could afford to fix up another house, working with them was so fun and easy!!

Gal, Amit, and their workers have done a fantastic job with our new house addition. Everyone was courteous and friendly to talk to and work with. They finished everything ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality work. Their communication was prompt and Gal would always let me know ahead of time if he won't be available, such as when he had holidays. They were flexible and accomodating of our schedule. For example, the workers will only start making loud noises after we get up in the morning or when we are away from home. The best part was that they had carefully planned their work so that they can finish our new restroom before demonishing the only restroom we had. There was not a single day where we didn't have a restroom to use or place to shower in the 4 months of the construction. That saved a significantly amount of hassles for us. Throughout the addition, we also had to make some changes to the existing plan, Gal and Amit would always help us choose the most appropriate course of action. In addition to Gal and Amit, Gal's brother Jacob was also very nice and understandable. We are really happy with the results and glad we had chose Pearl Remodeling. I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for remodeling or new addition.

These guys are great, I got the best deal for my remodeling project and I’m super happy with the outcome. My main issue was with some load bearing walls in my kitchen and I needed a good structural engineer to come and investigate what needs to be done. I wanted to be able to eliminate two, most annoying walls in the middle of the room. I did some research and got bids from 3 different contractors and architects. One did not want to deal with it and the other two were extremely high. Then I started researching for some design/build firms and Pearl Remodeling stood out the most. At first, they sent a project manager to do some initial investigation which was very good but could not provide solid answers since my case was much more complex so then he offered using their Engineer. We scheduled another meeting were both will be present, they crawled up the attic, even punched a few holes in the drywall just to be safe (that’s what I liked best), in a few days he already presented me with some sketches and within 2 weeks only I had the permit on hand! I’m in the midst of my Kitchen remodeling project right now but this review is mainly to reflect the amazing customer service and dedication I’ve received for my architectural plans and permits by Pearl Remodeling.

Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Gal came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Pearl. Gal was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he always brings a pad full of notes on the project! Although Pearl was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Gal and Pearl Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Gal's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Gal automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Gal was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Gal was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Gal and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Gal always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call!

My husband and I recently decided to take the leap to finally remodel our kitchen. Our kitchen cabinets have become a serious eyesore, and we knew our kitchen was overdue for a major facelift. Before searching through the corners of the internets, we first asked friends for recommendations for potential general contractors, who offered nothing but horror stories! We knew remodeling our kitchen would be a huge financial investment, and we wanted to take our time finding the perfect general contractor who will meet our checklist of needs and realize our vision. We didn't want to suffer the same fate as our friends, so my husband and I decided that we will not commit to any general contractor unless we both felt 100% "hell yes!" about him. 
The process to find a general contractor was mentally draining. It took us weeks, but we knew our patience paid off once we found Pearl Remodeling. From the initial consultation, we bonded immediately with Ben. General contractors have a notorious reputation for being dishonest and shady, but it was clear even from the beginning that Pearl Remodeling was a company we can trust. Throughout the entire process, there were constant emails, texts, and phone calls from Ben He really made sure he kept us in the loop from start to finish and that we were satisfied with every detail of our new kitchen. Even in the middle of night, Ben was quick to respond with my calls and emails.

We had unexpected hiccups during our kitchen remodeling, and for us, this was where Pearl Remodeling established themselves as the cream of the crop in the remodeling industry. As with any renovation project, unexpected surprises come up, but it's how Pearl Remodeling and Ben, handled and rectified the situation that set them apart from the rest of the general contractors in the business. My husband and I initially couldn't agree if we wanted lighting installed under our kitchen cabinets. By the time we both decided that we did want the lighting fixtures, it was too late because the drywall, the cabinets, and the backsplash were already installed. Sensing our frustration and disappointment, Ben suggested a brilliant solution of opening the stucco behind the kitchen cabinets, which allowed his team to arrange all the wiring and under cabinet lighting just the way we wanted. The cherry on top was he provided this additional service at his cost! We were truly impressed!

I needed a contractor to do a partial bathroom remodel. Once I met Gal I knew this was going to be a good experience. First time we met he went over everything in such a great way that I felt comfortable right away. He was there at every step to answer questions. Omar and Leo with their helpers were terrific. Taking down a wall, tile and redoing a shower. It really was amazing to see every part of the process. They were nice, friendly and a pleasure. You always expect little things to go wrong and it did. While they were taking apart the old shower the wall on the backside in the living room cracked. They were on it, fixed it so well I could not tell that anything happened. Also, there are things that are not included. Such as tile or fixtures. I liked going to the tiles store and finding what I liked. I had to get the glass for the shower too. I had a couple of glass guys come out and give me a quote and ended going with the guy that Pearl gave me. He was nice and gave a good price so I felt like they give good advice and had plenty of options for outside companies. I think communication was key with Gal and his team. I knew what was happening when, with no worries and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned I can’t wait to do another project and use them again. Here are some before and after photo’s

After several weeks of research and conducting interviews I ended up choosing Pearl Remodeling. Gal was assigned to me as the project manager. He was honest and upfront with the cost. Communication was easy. He was prompt and responsive to our questions. It was evident that he’s passionate about his work and that he was eager to get the job and get the job done right from start to finish which was something to appreciate. After the preliminary designs, we come to find out that what we envisioned with our renovation would be over our budget. We were in deliberation whether to scale down the project or put a halt on the project. The decision did not come easy as we had had invested much time on it. Gal had put forth much effort into the project as well. It was very disappointing for both parties. Lastly, there was the cost of the design contract. After speaking with Jacob, Pearl Remodeling ended up sharing the cost of the design with us. This was a loss they were willing to shoulder to help their customers. We needed a Pergola/Patio cover installed over our back deck and arranged for Pearl Remodeling to come by our home for an estimate. I had some general markings around the deck and on the exterior of the house for the dimensions I was looking for. Ben arrived and stayed with us for a long while. I asked many questions and had a bunch of nit-picky design requests. He assured us that all of my concerns would be addressed and was able to give us a quote before he left. It took the 2 man crew only about 3 (non-consecutive) days to complete the job. I was surprised at how much got done at the end of each day. The entire job was done by the end of the week. They were friendly, timely, answered all my questions and honored a drawing that I had created that called for specific design details. Although a structure like this isn't too complicated as far as home remodeling is concerned, the guys did very good work and did it quickly. Our new Pergola looks just as I had drawn it out and my wife and I are very happy. If you need a Pergola/Patio cover, we'd definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling.

Great contractor! We searched around for the right contractor by experience and personality. Pearl remodeling has both. Izhak was an excellent project manager and help with our design. We needed to remodel the entire house but can't afford to do everything at once. So we had our priorities and a budget and we got quotes on remodeling different parts of the house. Our final decision was to remodel the floors, windows and sliding doors in our living/family room. Some touch up paint and patch work was also needed. The house was built in '88 and nothing has changed. The carpet was removed on the floors and stairs and replaced with laminate and engineered wood, respectively. 2 windows, 2 sliding doors and 1 additional sliding door replaced with a French door. In the process we needed some rotten wood replaced and Pearl was able to handle the work and continue (for additional cost of course). Always budget at least an additional 10% for whatever might come up. Anyway, the project took about a month because of all the rain but that's still pretty good. The stairs were a very difficult task and they are my wife's favorite part. We will certainly use Pearl Remodeling again hopefully this time next year when we remodel a couple of bathrooms.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen and living room and also to eliminate a wall separating between our kitchen and dining area but came to learn it was a load bearing wall and the proposals we received we're extremely high. With the help of their interior designer and the owner of the company we found an amazing solution to eliminate most of the wall without going through crazy engineering procedures that could have cost a fortune! Accepting Ephrat's (the designer) suggestions was the best decision ever although i must admit i was not sure I'd end up liking it. To sum it up, great company, very reliable and affordable and i already recommended most of my friends to do their next kitchen remodeling project with them.

My husband and i both agreed we needed to remodel our bathroom. We had other projects but this one needed tackling first. The problem was we know nothing about remodeling. We were very nervous about who to hire because we heard horror stories from our friends. We are so happy we made the right choice with this company. It went great! I was having a hard time finding a company to repair my hardwood floors. There was a dark water stain on my light hardwood floors that was very noticeable. I will not go into details; suffice to say that i was very pleasantly surprised with them, and their company. Great professionalism every step of the way. My kitchen from the 30's was in dire need of a makeover and Izhak from Pearl Remodeling turned out to be the right man for the job. He listen carefully and then proceeded to map out a new kitchen design in my mind that was clean, modern and very functional. I could see he understood colors, materials and lines as he was describing the new kitchen. It was an eye-opener for me. Prior to Izhak, all other general contractors seem to only focus on materials, taking down walls, and avoided details on the actual design. I guess homeowners could care less about appearance as long as decent materials are used -- not! I really trusted and believed Izhak when he said that the new kitchen was going to look beautiful. After about 4 weeks of around-the-clock work, the kitchen is finally finished and me and my wife could not be happier. The work crews were top quality, professional and performed excellent, detailed work. The new kitchen turned out beautifully - just as Izhak had promised.

Finally found the right company pearl remodeling were awesome. I hired Ron and his crew to replace the tacky laminate in my kitchen with some good quality stone tiles. I had about 250sq ft of tile to replace, and they were able to finish it (including getting up the old laminate floor, prepping the floor, laying the tile, grout, and clean up) in just a few days. Super fast, very efficient, and the floor looks phenomenal. Highly recommended!

When they say, "third time's a charm" it's true. I thought I had been lucky with my first 2 remodels, until I met Gal. Never, have I had such an enjoyable experience, working with someone. I learned from him, I was allowed to be creative, and I cannot be more pleased with the final results. From the moment I met Gal and Pearl Remodeling, he stood out from the the other contractors from whom I asked bids. Pearl's business model of providing all labor, getting permits and assisting/guiding you in purchasing building materials was the perfect fit for me. On my end, I was responsible for choosing/buying flooring, lighting, doors, etc. which I loved. Gal was always there, when I asked for help and offered suggestions when he saw I was out of my depth. His happy, high energy kept the job at a quick pace. Total construction time for my amazing space was 1 1/2 months. Visitors are amazed that the space was filled with old furniture, vines and spiderwebs for over 17 years. The Foreman, Roie, and everyone else: plasterer/tiler/painter (amazing work), roofer, etc. - were always kind, respectful, clean, stayed late to get the job done. I'm going to miss Gal and his people. I tease Gal that he hasn't gotten rid of me yet. Now that I know how enjoyable the process can be and beautiful we can make my home look, I'm constantly thinking of what I'll have "Gal do next". My recommendation to anyone is that you give Gal a call. The exuberance Gal displays during the consultation, is never-ending. Gal is a person who keeps his word and wants to see his clients happy. This is someone you want to work with. I do. I'm already planning for my next renovation.

Pearl Remodeling created a slick patio cover for my large, exposed backyard. There was no shelter from the sun and no place to sit. Now it's not only functional and comfortable, but it looks gorgeous! It made such a huge difference in the look of the space.

Pearl remodeling is very professional and honest. We were informed that our roof was in really 'bad shape' by a couple of other roofing companies but pearl remodeling felt we just needed to re-tile one small area and do some repairs and that it would last us another five years. We went from having to spend nearly $20,000 to replace our roof to just under $7,000 to replace the tile on a small area and do a couple other repairs. i am really happy we called them. One of the owners, Ron, was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and the options and prices for the different types of tiles and materials. They were on-time and left the site very clean.

We re-modeled our kitchen and had our old damaged hardwood floors refinished. The contractor was well-spoken, and spent an inordinate amount of time with us giving advice and explaining the work. Pearl did a fantastic job at a good price. This was my first experience with hiring a contractor, and it was an a+ positive one. Highly recommended.

had a great experience with pearl. Im moving to LA here in the next couple months, so I wanted to make sure my house is ready to live in before I get there. I actually found them here and decided to give them a shout to get a quote on replacing some cabinets in my kitchen. They were straight forward with me in timeline and pricing, so I ended up using them. The end result was great. I replaced all of the upper and lower cabinets in my house, and Pearl took care of me and worked with me despite the fact that I am staying in Vegas for the time being. Highly recommended

We've used Pearl Remodeling for two separate projects now. The first was to remove a fireplace that was in disrepair from the home we had recently purchased. The work they did was quick and well done, with excellent attention to detail. The workmen seamlessly added a piece of the window frame that had been cut away when the fireplace was originally built, blending it perfectly with the pieces that were already there. Another issue with the home was that the garage wasn't large enough. After the success with the fireplace removal, we decided to go with Pearl again to solve the problem. They were extremely thorough, giving us estimates for everything from expanding the existing garage to doing a full rebuild from scratch. They were great about presenting these options with no pressure or bias towards the more elaborate ones, letting us make the decision that was best for our situation. We opted for a full rebuild, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Pearl stayed on schedule throughout the project, and was quick to deal with any issues immediately as they came up. We had some unique electrical requirements, due to needing high amperage charging for two electric vehicles, and Pearl was able to handle this without any hitches. I can say without hesitation that that we'll be using Pearl Remodeling again for any future work we need done.

At every juncture, we would say to ourselves, "we are so lucky to have found Pearl Remodeling!!" We had a very tight timeline of just 2 months to get everything done, and Izhak and Pearl Remodeling stayed true to their word and were able to deliver us a miracle on time! We ended up remodeling a little more than we were expecting to, but we never felt pressured by Pearl Remodeling to do more than we could afford. They were extremely honest about costs and timing and gave us lots of special discounts and threw in extra bonuses (like repainting our walls, fixing drywall, coming back to fix things after we finished, etc) to help us out. We are so thankful to Pearl Remodeling for everything!! If we ever need to do another project, we will 100% work with these guys again!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home that was in serious need of cosmetic updates. We interviewed eight or nine contractors before selecting Pearl Remodeling. We wanted to complete all major renovations before moving in and we wanted to move in as soon as possible. Pearl Remodeling suggested several excellent options for installing quality updates to our home with a very aggressive timeline. They promised a professionally designed new kitchen, master bathroom, walk-in closet, and new flooring throughout our home would be completed in 10 weeks. We moved in 8 weeks later. An excellent contractor is more than short timelines and high quality work. With a project of this size, something is bound to go wrong. How quickly and politely the contractor responds to problems is a major part of the renovation experience. In our case, Pearl Remodeling regularly addressed issues quickly and efficiently. For example, when we noticed some anomalies in the floor plan for the master bathroom that led to incorrect framing and plumbing, the guys at Pearl provided an updated floor plan and corrected all the framing and plumbing mistakes within two work days. Even now, weeks after we moved in, if we notice any small defects or issues in our home, Pearl Remodeling sends someone out to address the problem within a couple of days. It's reassuring to know they take pride in their work and stand behind it even after the job is "complete." Pearl Remodeling made our renovation experience pleasant and quick. Pearl Remodeling led the demolition and rebuilding of two bathrooms and a master bedroom suite in 1960 vintage beach cottage. Including plumbing, heating relocation, addition of walk-in closet and two new spectacular bathrooms. We lived in our San Clemente house during reconstruction. Ron worked with us on purchases and found great tile supplier. Fixtures and furniture purchased fit and look great. - Finish and quality 5 stars. - Honesty and price conformance to estimate 5 stars. - Cleanliness during construction 5 stars. - Concept, design, code compliance 5 stars. - Schedule adherence 5 stars. Other than an extended schedule, the project could not have been better. The demolition revealed very deteriorated plumbing and required more slab and excavation than planned. All done within budget. Will use Pearl Remodeling again!

First it all started with shopping for a contractor to remodel our 1980 house to look like 2015, I called several contractors to do free estimate, some were late, some were absent. But Eric from Pearl Remodeling showed up promptly, his office even called to confirm with our appointment the day before. I really appreciate that! We are happy with the price for getting everything done, and much earlier than the anticipated project complete date. Eric is very responsive and prompt in reply my calls/texts, which is very important to me, because having misunderstanding/miscommunication about house project can bring more problems=more cost. Overall, I highly recommend hiring Pearl Remodeling if you need to get anything done at your house, you can expect good service and great results!

Before we were referred to Pearl Remodeling , we'd had nothing but nightmares with the contractors we had worked with in the past. They were nice people who promised to deliver what we wanted and needed, only to let us down in the end. The price was just right for what I was looking for and this company did an outstanding job on my front and back yard. At first I thought it was priced too high, but in the end it was well worth every dime. Actually, after I asked around I found out that their prices are even lower than the others, so I decided to go with Pearl Remodeling and it turns out that was a great move on my part as they did a fantastic job on the Stamped concrete.

Pearl remodeling was referred to us a by a good friend who also happens to be a realtor. We needed to have some work done in our kitchen. The list included the removal of the box of lorescents, the addition of can lights, repair of a hanging light fixture, and the installation of below cabinet lighting. We got a first bid from a very popular electrician and then one for pearl remodeling. Jacob was very helpful, knowledgeable and quite a cheerful fellow. All of these guys were polite, respectful of our possessions, gave us clear direction on what they were doing. The job took three days and everyday, they were prompt and always in a good mood. The foreman, made a suggestion to put in a puck light in an alcove we have and we thought that was a great idea. We changed our mind and asked them to move a can light in the living room, which they did on the fly for us. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their mess and merrily went on their way. We decided to have another wall painted and the back door fixed since it needed some repair, they provided us a quote and we went with it right on the spot. They finished today and we are thoroughly impressed with all the work they accomplished, their attitude and professionalism. We are getting a bid for the installation of wooden floor in living and dining room. I fully expect to see them back here in a week or so to accomplish that. We did have a shock at the end, since they refunded us $102.66 on the bill for parts which they didn't need when they did all the re-wiring, switches and stuff. Pretty dang cool.....

I hired pearl remodeling to do some minor renovation in my kitchen. They did and stood by what was planned and agreed upon, with thoughtfulness and skills. They had solid commitment to the job that was quite different from some other contractors i worked with. Attention to details was appreciable including cleaning up. There was no surprise financially. The communication was pleasant. Overall i would say if you have challenging but realistic expectations for your project, this is the group you can depend on to have a high chance of success. This review is long overdue and i am so sorry i have not been able to get the word out faster. As we had a total master bath and kitchen remodel done on our home in LA by pearl remodeling this past June. Had we known how easy it was going to be working with pearl remodeling we would have done the remodel years ago. As from a to z, pearl remodeling delivered on all levels (e. G. , friendliness, courteous, customer-focused). We had a wonderful team of professionals working with us. From jacob who helped us with the design and selection of materials, to billy who was in charge of all facets of the remodel. All were awesome. They showed up on time, were neat, really cared about the scope of the project and the quality of their work, and met timelines. I have tried to think of a negative, and seriously, there is nothing i can think of to write. We would highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them without hesitation on future projects.

I got more than i could have imagined and loved the experience. Jacob came out and measured the three spaces i needed granite. He gave me estimates based on what we were looking at and told me about potential ways to save money like using remnants. We then went to look at the remnants available and he showed us around describing each one and helping us with ideas. At no point did we feel pressured beyond just getting more excited about potential ideas! Jacob were patient and helpful. All around professionals. Once we decided on granite for two of the three projects (still thinking about the third), we were assigned a date and crew. They came out, set up quickly, were friendly and very efficient. They asked us about a few details that were very helpful - like whether we wanted the bar to extend on both sides when it met the wall. We had not thought about it, but it is such an improvement! Cutting on sight really allowed them to make it perfect and they were as friendly as could be. They didn't even mind us nervously hovering over them while they worked. We will definitely use pearl remodeling again.

I chose pearl remodeling to design and build an addition for my mother to live in. The project included an addition of a bathroom, an expansion of an existing room and the conversion of a garage port in to a new room. Our primary goals were to make sure that the job did not look like an addition, and that the new suite was functional and comfortable, we achieve those goals because these professionals worked hard for it. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor.

We recently used pearl remodeling for a kitchen remodel. The work included reshaping the island, granite countertops, and new tile on the backsplash as well as the island wall. In summary, we were very happy with the results, but it took a little work to get there. Multiple sub-contractors were needed for this job and they were all outstanding! They were all very professional, detailed, and clean. It only took them 5 days to complete the job, which was pretty impressive. The only downside of the entire process was some lack of communication and miscommunciation before the work was started. However, once Jacob got involved as project manager, everything went very smoothly! He did an awesome job of keeping us informed, working with us through any decisions needed, and coordinating the crew schedules every day. The attention to detail was very good upon completion of the job. Jacob came out and looked over all the work and had a final crew come out and finish up some minor details to really "polish off" the final product. I didn't even have to point out the small issues i noticed.

***Edited to Add: Pearl remodeled our garage about a year ago. They did a really great job and we were extremely happy with both the process and the result. A couple of months ago, we started to notice the epoxy floors were bubbling and peeling in some areas. I called Gal and he came out right away to assess the situation. He took one look and immediately offered to redo the ENTIRE floor - NOT a patch job - for free since it was clearly something that should not be happening after just one year of minimal foot traffic. A few weeks later, a different crew came out, determined what was wrong with the original epoxy and installed a brand new floor. It looks great and once again Gal delivered exactly what he promised in a timely and efficient manner. We are so impressed with Pearl for standing by their work, and dedicating their time and resources to fixing a problem that a lot of contractors may have just brushed off. It was the right thing to do and they didn’t hesitate. I was recommending them to friends already, but I will do so with even more confidence now. Original Review: Pearl Remodeling turned a dark, uninspiring garage into a light-filled, finished space that will be used as an art studio. It was completed on time and looks beautiful! From the very first phone call with Ron to handing over the last check, I found them to be reasonable, amiable, and fair. After Ron answered some early questions on the phone, he sent a project manager, Gal, over that very weekend. When we decided to move forward, Gal remained our Project Manager, from start to finish. He proved to be organized and thorough. When we hit a snafu, Gal really worked with us, and went above and beyond to make it right. We were really impressed. Additionally, he added a really lovely detail that elevated the whole look of the garage. It’s even nicer than we thought it would be! I’m sure there were plenty of moments when we drove Gal nuts, but he was good-natured about it, and always got back to us quickly. He showed up when he said he would, and always called or sent a text to notify me if he needed to change his schedule. We also met with Jacob a few times, once at the beginning of the project and a few times throughout. He seems to really knows his stuff and definitely inspires confidence. I think he is genuinely committed to constantly improving his business and has a very direct manner that we appreciated. We were very impressed with Pearl's quality of the work, efficiency and overall approach to customer service. Highly recommend!

When my husband and I were in need of someone who could Completely remodel our 1930’s home in Pasadena, Pearl Remodeling came through for us brilliantly. As it was our first remodeling job, we had heard countless nightmares of what to expect (or not expect) and were concerned we'd have similar issues. That did not end up being the case. From the start, Campbell (our project manager) not only gave us a very competitive estimate, but recommended a simpler remodeling job as we'd shared this was not our dream home and we'd likely rent it out in the very near future. This move saved us thousands of dollars and we are very happy with the results. We had some minor hiccups along the way, but all-in-all things stayed pretty much on schedule. The crew was typically on-time and easy to talk to, Pearl completed a full kitchen remodeling, flooring and many home upgrades in less than 5 weeks. I highly recommend working with the Pearl’s team for your home remodeling project needs.

After we interviewed six other contractors, my husband and i decided to go with pearl remodeling. Our remodel was over 70 thousand dollars so we wanted to go with a company that could handle that big of a remodel, especially since we never plan on moving out of our house. When i wrote that first check for half i have to admit i was nervous. Well right off the bat Chen was on the job the next day helping us pick out the wood flooring, granite, paint, etc. Within the week he already had my outdoor kitchen concrete poured. Being a manager for a large company having to deal with contractors all the time, i was very impressed. He was always on time, answered my phone calls promptly, and most importantly kept his word on what he would do. Even after he was paid in full he came out and redid my pool coping that got rained on after he stained it. Now that was cool. He didn't even charge me, which cost him another $500 bucks. Just to keep this all in perspective, we are certainly not wealthy and spending this kind of money gave us a lot of heartburn, but the job turned out simply amazing. The rock work was incredible, the wood flooring blew us away, and the granite made our house look brand new. They designed my outdoor kitchen and even put in a gas fire pit which has been a huge home-run. These guys worked long hours to get us quickly back into the house and their work was outstanding. I've had quite a lot of friends come by and they are blown away by the results. In fact, one said it looks like a brand new house, and another is hiring pearl to do his roof. If you are looking to do any kind of remodel work, i highly reccomend using pearl remodeling. I know from experience picking out a contractor is scary so hopefully my review will help someone make this decision a little easier. If nothing else, sit with them and you'll see why we ended up using them.

Isaac is the salesman for this company, he Is an asset to Pearl Remolding. Isaac did the Preliminary measuring, asked us exactly What we wanted. He didn't try to sell us More than what we needed. He told us when the Job would get started and how long it should Take. Issac was spot on. The men that Did the work did an outstanding job. I Would highly recommend this company. Our new patio cover is beautiful, and We could kick ourselfs for not doing It sooner!

During the exhausting quest of finding a reliable general contractor to re do my kitchen and dining areas I bumped into Gal with Pearl Remodeling. I must admit that at first he seemed too young for me to trust with my 10 years of savings….. However, his passion and desire to satisfy us were way too big to be ignored. While other contractors made it seem like they were in it just to make a sale, Gal actually listened to us. As promised, Gal spend several weekends with us browsing through tile, granite and appliances stores until we found the ultimate design that fits our budget. To make a long story short, the guys at Pearl were very professional, from the framers to the finished tile, they were all super nice and considerate. We had a few glitches here and there but the project was completed in full ahead of time. Originally I found Pearl on yelp but I figured they deserve the positive feedback in this website as well, I mean… this is the least that I can do. They deserve every penny spent and I hope they make it big time!

They did an outstanding job. every other estimate i had said they would put a seam in the counter top. Pearl managed to cut the l shape i needed and cut out for the sink with precision and in o n e piece. very hard to do. i get compliments on the counter all the time. the only thing i'd say that wasn't outstanding is the one time workers came late without calling to let me know. but the work they did was excellent. Pearl Remodeling was Efficient, responsive, professional. used them for our kitchen counters, and three bathroom counters. nice people too. cleaned up after the job was done. M

Ron and the Pearl Remodeling team did a great job on updating/upgrading our house. I hired them to replace all our windows, re-stucco the exterior and add additional details, install a tankless water heater and turn the old water heater closet into a nice pantry. He was very flexible and understanding to our needs and concerns. To this day, I still text Ron for advice/questions on smaller repairs. He always helps by referring me or connecting me with the right people.

I hired Pearl to do a remodel on a home in Simi Valley and what a pleasure it was to work with them. Eric Sahar the project manager was amazing to work with. I had been dealing with difficult tenants on the property and Eric was always there to smooth things over with them. After many delays, but none having to do with Pearl, I was able to evict the tenants and the work began. I should mention that I was located in Las Vegas and the property in California. This in it self added a scary layer to the project but it proved to never be an issue. Eric was in constant contact with me, giving me deadlines for materials, calling to check on the status of materials, sending me pictures of the progress and sending me detailed emails of issues and concerns. I made four trips in total to California to check on the status of the work and each and every time the work was exactly as Eric had described. At each trip Eric met me at the home on my time schedule, even giving up a Saturday or two. Eric further introduced me to his boss and the workers, they could not have been nicer or more professional. The laborers where clean, well kept men who conducted themselves like craftsman. The work site was clean, no debris, and nothing dangerous laying around. I could not have been happier with Pearl Construction and would use them for future projects with no hesitation. My only regret is that living in Las Vegas I cannot work with them more often. These gentlemen are pure professionals.

Two thumbs up! We just bought our first home and decided that our first project will be to remodel our kitchen. After a long research and reading many reviews of happy and unhappy home owners, we decided to get estimates from 3 different remodeling companies and ask for their opinion. The first representative that came to our place was very aggressive and seems like he doesn’t have any clue about remodeling and was just trying to make a sale. On the second estimate a nice guy came out but never Emailed us back with the proposal. Pearl Remodeling confirmed the appointment, showed up on time and got me a real estimate at the very same day! Their proposal was fair, not cheap but definitely competitive and we decided to go with them. I can’t describe how happy I was to find Ron! He taught us so many things and made this project clear to us from the very beginning; he was more like a consultant who spend 2 and half hours to explain us about the procedure, the risks and design Ideas which buy the way were amazing. Two days later Ron showed up with his Designer who helped us with the kitchen layout and explained to us how everything is going to work from demolition to completion. I know construction is not easy but Pearl made my kitchen remodeling project go much smoother that the usual, or so I’ve heard. It was only after that I’ve come to learn that they are the highest rated company on Yelp, no wonder….. Thank you Ron and Jacob for making this easy on us.

so after interviewing several companies we've decided to hire Jacob from Pearl remodeling to do our complete interior remodel that included 2 bathrooms and a major Kitchen remodel with moving walls and a complete layout change :-) prior to starting the work Jacob came in with a kitchen designer who walked us through the project on his computer and made the changes to our needs. the crew was very professional and courteous, always on time which helped with finishing the project before the promised completion date. we loved working with Jacob cause he was always available when we needed him via email, phone or text. we just had a big Saturday event (hosting almost 30 people) and it was a pleasure working with our new kitchen and completely open family room/living room area. thank you very much Jacob and the pearl remodeling Team, I have a feeling you'll be getting some calls from my friends and family soon :-)
