My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Never thought I'd see this

While mowing a couple of days ago, much to my surprise Rambunctious Rosie had sent up a scape and it is blooming. I'll end up cutting the scape since I plan to clean out that bed and get it ready for winter. I guess Rosie is very rambunctious.
