Rdwc Cucumber leaf problems

Please help to identify what's wrong with my young cucumber plants. The leaves dry up and plant dies after transplant. It takes a few weeks. I have a 16 site system. My other vegs are doing great. Ppm is 1240 and ph is 6.1. The photos depict current plant and a leaf. I cut off one to help with diagnosis.
