If this is new construction, or if the window can be changed, I'd put the cooktop on the same wall as the sink, then move the fridge down closer to the action. If you put the ovens to the left of the fridge, that would provide landing space for both appliances, and you could make a snack/coffee center to the right of the fridge. MW could be added in an upper cabinet so anyone seeking a drink or snack doesn't need to enter the kitchen work spaces.

If window can't move due to front elevation, I've included a couple of other layouts, in order of preference, but in any layout I'd move the DW to the left of the sink to provide a separate clean-up zone. I'd also move the island out to provide wider aisles--48" is preferable, but 42" is the minimum, with 36" between the corner of the island and pantry. It appears that you have ample floor space, so I would increase the depth of the island to at least 48" to put two seats on the short side.

Another thought, if you wanted to center the entry door, which would also put the pantry beside the fridge, convenient for retrieving items for meal prep:

interesting ideas! I did add the full floor plan and elevation photos. I struggle with wanting things symmetric and centered. So that adds to my dilemma of placement. we do plan to have a larger Square island or switch it to run the other way To give more walking room

If you turn the island, I'd suggest adding a prep sink, so that you have two potential prep areas:
