Are these seed pods?

Hi all,I live in Perth, Western Australia. We call Plumeria "Frangipani" here in Australia & I love them! I have 16 trees in my garden and they are all doing very well. Some of them needed pruning recently and now I have lots of lovely cuttings to pot! I've noticed what I think are seed pods on a couple of my trees which I have never seen before. They are long and thinish with 2 sections extending horizontally from a central stem connecting it to the tree. Are these seed pods? They are a brownish colour. Can anyone confirm that is what these are & what happens next - do I need to do anything with them? How do they seed? Thank you in advance.
