Gardenchloe found it in an old thread from our 2017 swap. It looks like Lizbest brought it. But at that time, it was called "Morning Face". However, I was never able to find that as a listed name for iris. Autumn Tryst fits it in color and the reblooming aspect. So that's probably as close as I will get for now. Doesn't matter too much. It's beautiful nonetheless and such a nice surprise this late in the season. But I guess it took it three years to truly be a "rebloomer". It's really making up for lost time. It has five bloom stalks right now.

Although to be fair, in the past, I may have cut back iris foliage in this area earlier. Maybe that caused it not to be able to rebloom.

That's gorgeous, mama! I hope they bloom before the snow flies. If not, will they keep if you cut them, bring them in and put them in water? That's not something I've tried, but am curious. What a strange year it's been, garden wise!

They are still outside blooming away. I suppose I should at least bring them inside and put them in a vase. It's already freezing here so it may be too late.

I didn't bring them in, Mstywoods. The garden is all in winter's hands now.

How fun, I bought some rebloomers from an iris sale in California, I'll be super excited if any of them acclimate to our zone. A lot of them only rebloom in wetter and warmer zones.
