It looks like some type of colocasia to me, not a philodendron.

I agree not a Philodendron, but I think it's an Alocasia. They usually hold their leaves more upright than Colocasia.

Looks elephant ear to me

Elephant Ear is a common name which is used for several different plants including Colocasia and Alocasia, as suggested above.
