Garage Reno Q??

We recently moved into our house, have had a good amount of work done so far. The detached garage is very old (the house is 100 years old) and there are issues that need to be fixed in the next year to two. For example the carriage doors look like they’re ready to fall off. The inspection advised that the garage is a low quality structure but that it’s common with older houses, and recommended that a rebuild may be a better long term approach than investing in repairs

My question - are there contractors or companies that specialize in that type of assessment, or is garage too specific and I just have to find a general contractor? I’m worried about getting good advice... a lot of people in my neighborhood have old garages and I worry a GC may just push me toward the more expensive option without having really specific knowledge
