We need pictures and that is not a large space so I really need a to scale plan on graph paper.Also more info as to above or in ground pool and are you open to just a hot tub.To me 30sqm is a nice size for a bit of seating but no table for eating so IMO that would need to be approx 40 sqm You will need a specific size all around a pool for safety and that is set by your area where you live. Whaere I live the pool needs to also be fenced.This might be doable but I need a to scale plan shoing your house and yard and also some pictures.

For US readers, 100sqm translates to just over 1000 square feet. That is a pretty tiny backyard, all things considered, and may not be large enough to include all that you wish easily and efficiently.

I agree you need a to-scale plan - a base map - of the backyard as a starting point. Once you have that, you can do some overlays to determine how to arrange and fit in the elements you desire.
