Swapping them would make prep using the sink for things from the frig easier. Many less steps. Counter-depth frig. . . . .If you chose a 24" single bowl and moved the sink and dw to the leg where the cooktop is now, prep would also be possible. An induction cooktop could go on the current sink run. . . .The butler's pantry I imagine has a sink. You could use that for prep with the existing layout. It isn't connected to a dining room. . .. .. Other design options include moving the door to the master to where the frig is. And moving the pantry down 2.5' to lengthen the kitchen and island with a reduction in the laundry and mudroom.

Good thoughts. The laundry is existing and since I’m already spending tons I was trying to leave it alone. 😬butlers pantry doesn’t have a sink. It’s basically just cabinets.

Can you move the door to your master bedroom to around the corner? Then the fridge can go there so it's essentially at the end of that aisle. And if you do that, sink in butler's pantry for sure. What are the other rooms around there?

I did think about moving the master door. It shares a wall with the den though and that would put the door in the den and take space on the only wall for the bed. It’s a lake house so the back wall is windows. The rest of the rooms below the butlers pantry are master bath and closet.
