With these pictures, to keep drapes, the bedding needs to change and dresser needs to be painted. An emerald green on dresser and a bit of art can pull your room together. I will pull some ideas for you.

I want to keep the turquoise colour on the dresser.

saw this room and thought of your situation.. perhaps all white bedding with turquoise trim on duvet, white walls. add a turquoise accent pillow. white to me can work to bridge the greens in the drapes with the turquoise of the dresser. white lamps. even like the black and white dot pillow in this pic and can work with your bed.

If this is a guys room, a colorful, adventurous theme can work. You could transform that dresser with some chalk paint and bamboo.

return the drapes for something w/the turquoise. or white. or bamboo blinds.

get a proper bed covering and pillow cases.

Maybe a rug for under the bed. (See pictures)

do a fluffy white spread and bedding w/turquoise accents

or matching drapes, and accent w/grays/whites

Turquoise and coral are natural compliments.

or do all white and add darker blue tones. notice the bright rug

white, bamboo and a bright green also work

Or, do a black and white theme w/the turquoise

Is this your bedroom Laura? Do you want a more feminine look? The drapery drives this to a British Colonial look IMO, so if you don't like that look, then return the drapery and let's start with bedding. That is good starting point. You have a lot of pictures posted here. Any ones strike you that you want to build on?
