Choosing Vinyl New Construction Windows

We are adding on to our home in NC and plan to use vinyl windows to match the rest of the house. Our builder has priced MI and Ply Gem windows. Based on comments I've read, both of these brands seem to be builder-grade. Which other brands would you recommend? What would we look at in determining quality? Thank you!

Sunrise, Okna, Polaris, Softlite would be starting points with me for vinyl.

Our current windows are Gorrell, which went out of business. We looked into Softlite and it seems that they only make replacement windows. We need new construction ones.
