IMO built in MWs are not a good idea they do not last as long as wall ovens so never buy a combo with MW and wall oven . I usually like a MW either on a shelf or sitting on the counter it then is a simple act to get a new one when the old one dies . I know it looks better to build it in but function for me always rules. BTW if you ever redo your kitchen that is the worst place for a wall oven next to a fridge

I think just visually it’s gonna be a lot over stainless steel. I would just put it inside a cabinet instead

This is not easy or cheap to do. Everything has to be rebuilt and rewired. And you will end up hating how unergonomic it is.

I have the exact set up you are talking about doing. I was a little apprehensive about this at first but our cabinet maker took us to his home to show us the same layout. I love it. It is not any more cumbersome or unergonomic than using one that is placed over a stove. In fact it is less so because you are not reaching over hot burners. However, my husband and I are both tall and there are no children here that might be using it. The bottom oven is low but not uncomfortably so and it is not the oven that I use most often. Those are things to consider.
