Please give me young baobab advice!

Good day, my name is Jaden. My boyfriend bought me a young baobab, around 10cm high (not sure of its Age) about a month ago. I placed it in a pot, watered it and it created a leafy bud. I was out yesterday and a massive storm resulted in my poor baby baobab being drenched in water for the entire night. This morning when I woke up and the soil was soaked. There is massive cloud coverage today so I don’t think the soil will dry anytime soon. I read repotting it may be a solution . So I mixed it’s original wet Media with dry media and returned it back to the soil . This means I have repotted this Baobab twice in a matter of a month . Will it survive? Do I need to water it again now after reporting it? I fear I have placed immense stress on my poor baobab ! I need guidance on what to do next and on whether or not I have put it’s poor little life at risk !
