Help Identifing Spots on Leaf

I recently purchased this Macrophylla 'pot of gold' and it arrived today with these marks on one of the two leaves. I've never seen markings like this before in person and am hoping it is just cosmetic damage. Any insight would be most appreciated. Thanks!
