We had our pool and spa replastered recently. They finished up two weeks ago, and we used the spa for the first time last night. It is very rough. The benches and sides feel like very rough sand paper. We followed the post-plaster instructions and brushed all of the plaster twice a day and balanced the chemicals. Do we have a bad plaster job?
