Hello, i want to put a teal coloured rug under my dining room table. If I follow the rules, my table being 110x240 cm, my rug should be 270x400 cm. I dont have the space for 400 cm so my current bet is to do it 270x350 cm leaving the table head a bit shorter which is ok as I dont often use these seats - only when we are 8 which is once a month max. My dining room is adjacent to my living room, so i was wondering also if I should think some space difference between the spaces.
