Rain is leaking under our garage door on one side. The water is being absorbed into the wood frame, and I want to prevent permanent damage. When we have a downpour, a significant amount comes in, less so when it is a slow steady rain. My husband has health issues and I am trying to take care of this. I am not sure what I should do. Any suggestions ? The picture is the side where water is coming in. I recall when the door was installed a few years ago the installer said the cement floor was not totally level and he made an ajustment. He said the cement was lower onone side. I see that the side with the leak has no foam inside the rubber and that the other side has black foam inside it. I would appreciate any suggestions. The picture below is the side that is leaking.
