I would use the same cabinet & trim color if you plan to do white trim or doors. Don't forget the white you select has to coordinate with sinks, appliances, wall paint, countertops., etc.

I would not select an off white. You'll drive yourself crazy with white on this project.

Benjamin Moore “Chantilly Lace” is a nice bright white. I’ve used it on all walls and ceilings in my house and for cabinet & trim colour. Beverley provided good advice about countertops etc. .... if you’re going with white patterned quartz, make sure the base quartz the manufacturer uses is a bright white vs. an off or grey-white. Ask for samples and create your own mood board and look at it in different lights.
