Fun project! If your wallpaper is a vinyl or otherwise able to handle water and frequent wiping, you could put it on the vanity mirror wall and on the soffit. If you feel confident about wallpapering, you could do the underside of the soffit where the lights are as well. A second option would be to wallpaper the wall opposite the mirror. The nice thing about either of those options is that the mirror will reflect a contrasting wall behind you.

If you're sewing a curtain for the vanity door, you might move the center door to the left. Sew the curtain for the middle opening so you vanity stays symmetrical.

And big round mirrors are always cool!

The wallpaper would look nice on the wall behind the mirror. It would keep the room interesting without seeming too crazy. Also, if you want more of an accent, you can also put it on the wall behind the toilet.

Agree with @Beachlover on the wallpaper behind the mirror. Love the paint, so maybe keep the beach theme going?
