What to do with Satsuma fruit before freeze.

I have several fruits on a small tree. A few are turning orange, but others are still green. Will the greens ones be okay if we have a freeze. If I picked them green, will they still ripen? I am in

Zone 8, about 20 mile from the Florida panhandle.
